Insomnia Cookies opened the doors to its latest sweet treat outpost in April at 122 E Houston St., adding another after-hours dessert option in the middle of downtown. According to its Google business listing, the shop is operational and keeps late hours, with weekday service running until 1 a.m. and Thursday through Saturday stretching to 3 a.m.
