Broadway is getting a new rooftop for summer nights.

Seaspice is set to open June 12 on the fifth floor of the Jefferson Bank Building at 1900 Broadway. The new spot comes from San Antonio’s Gusto Group, the local team behind Toro Kitchen + Bar, Cuishe Cocina Mexicana, and Stylus Mixology.

The concept leans French Riviera without leaving Broadway, with a cocktail-forward rooftop setup and a menu built around coastal dishes. Expect seafood towers, oysters, lobster rolls, salmon tartare, grilled octopus tacos, clarified cocktails, and martinis with a little extra flair. The venue is also shaping up to be a sizable one, with a reported 6,500-square-foot footprint.

Why it matters: Broadway keeps adding new reasons to go out, and a polished rooftop with sunset-drink potential is the kind of opening locals will want on the radar now.

Would you go here for first-round drinks, dinner, or a full night out? Save this for your next rooftop pick and tag the friend who is always in charge of making plans.
